I offer Ladies Only Kickboxing, Pilates, and Nutrition guidance designed to help women and men of all ages.
Based in Medway, Kent, I offer Ladies Only Kickboxing, as well as Pilates and Nutrition guidance for men and women. Each session is designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and in control of your health.
This is more than just exercise — it’s about building physical and mental resilience, discovering what your body can do, and finding joy in movement. Whether you’re stepping into a fitness class for the first time or returning to training after time away, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive environment that meets you where you are.
I’m Rhianna — a qualified Pilates Instructor, Ladies Kickboxing Coach, and Nutrition & Weight Management Advisor with a passion for helping men and women feel strong, capable, and connected to their wellbeing.
After years of rewarding but emotionally demanding work supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, I found myself drawn back to martial arts — a practice that had always given me focus, confidence, and balance.
Reconnecting with my training reignited my love for teaching, and in 2024, I made the decision to use my skills in a new way: to empower people through movement, strength, and self-care.
Since then, I’ve gained my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Mat Pilates qualifications, am close to completing my Reformer Pilates certification, and in 2025 proudly achieved my 2nd Dan Black Belt.
Today, I combine all of this experience to help women become stronger, healthier, and more confident — not just in how they move, but in how they live.

Kickboxing is an incredible way to improve fitness, relieve stress, and build confidence. My Ladies Only Kickboxing classes are designed especially for women aged 14+, offering a safe, supportive, and empowering space to train and grow.

Pilates
Pilates is all about balance, control, and mindful movement.
My classes are designed to strengthen your body evenly, with a special focus on the core muscles, posture, and alignment. You’ll build stability, flexibility, and awareness — improving not just your physical fitness but also how you feel day to day.
Pilates is suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to those with experience. Whether you’re looking to improve strength, ease tension, or simply take time for yourself, Pilates offers a calm yet powerful way to reconnect with your body and mind.
Nutrition Guidance
True wellbeing goes beyond the physical — it’s also about how we nourish ourselves.
As a Nutrition and Weight Management Advisor, I help you find a balanced, enjoyable approach to food that supports your goals and fits your lifestyle.
I don’t believe in strict diets or quick fixes. Instead, I’ll work with you to create realistic, sustainable changes that help you feel better, have more energy, and maintain a healthy relationship with food. It’s about progress, not perfection — and learning to fuel your body with kindness and awareness.
